Psychotherapy
There often comes a time in life when we need the help of psychotherapy. Anxiety and depression can arrive as unwelcome visitors, sapping our energy and joy. Limiting beliefs coalesce to form a ceiling that trap us below our potential. Relationships go through difficult times and love flees through the window.
Trauma, whether from physical injury, childhood abuse, or school bullying is a significant obstacle that needs to be addressed before a person can move forward with their life.
Over the past ten years I have helped many adults, children and couples to find their way through their inner landscape and to navigate the relationships in the outer world. I use my training in psychotherapy and trauma resolution to help my clients free themselves from the effects of their past so that they are ready to move on to their future.
Psychotherapy
This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.
Welcome and entertain them all!
